How do I exchange or return something I purchased from Femiza?


The customer shall check the goods instantly and inform Femiza. You can contact the Customer Care at +91 9903868412 (10am to 7pm) or email us at care@femiza.com of any erroneous, defective or missing articles within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described' by us, you may request a replacement or return at no extra cost, you just need to call the Customer Support or write to us. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No exchanges will be provided in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition.This is how you can return the products:

      Inform us within 48 hours of delivery about the return.
      If reverse shipping will be available in your area, we'll get the products picked up by the courier partners. Please note that courier companies take a time of 3 to 10 days to pick up the products from your place after we inform them. If the courier company delays the process or if the facility is not available in your area, you can courier the product back to Femiza.com, 13/H/46, Braun Field Row First Floor, Kolkata- 700 027. Ph. +91 9903868412. In case you courier the product back to us, we will provide you the courier charges in form of store credits upto a maximum of Rs. 100.
      Once we receive the product, the complete amount will be provided to you in form of store credits for future purchases that you can use at any point in time.
      Refunds can be provided only in case of prepaid orders(orders placed using credit card/debit card/netbanking/any other card), in which case the amount will be refunded back to the credit card/debit card/ bank account from which the amount was debited.
      In case of Cash on Delivery Orders, we would only be able to provide store credits which can be used at any time for any future purchases.
      Make sure you send the invoice along with the product so that the product can be traced back to your order.

How do I cancel an order on Femiza.com?

If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, you can cancel your order through message or call before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.


How long will it take to process my cancellation order?

Once you create a cancellation request, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by message or call. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped from our warehouses.


The following products shall not be eligible for replacement or return under this 30 Day Replacement Guarantee:

    There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  2. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, and accessories.
  3. In case of deterioration of the goods.
